Payment is not due at time of submission. Upon completing the registration form, you will have the option to PAY ONLINE (via credit card) or PAY OFFLINE and receive an invoice.

A copy of the official registration (#CH13689) and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free 1-800-432-7352, within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.

Please view the partnership benefits packet for a complete description of the goods and services provided, based on your level of support. Event passes and booth spaces will be assigned and provided to partners before the event takes place. Each partner should provide one contact person to be the main point of contact for Children’s Week to ensure proper and prompt communication of all partnership benefits and services.

No refunds, returns or cancellations. All sales are final, no exceptions.

Privacy Policy: Your personal and company contact information or will not be shared or sold to any third party individual or group. By becoming a partner and attending Children’s Week events and activities, you agree that your image, name or likeness may be used in promotional materials for Children’s Week by United Way of Florida.
