Lauren Page

Lauren is a high school sophomore at Ransom Everglades School in Miami, FL. She is the founder of the Page by Page Book Drive Program, a nonprofit organization which empowers children to organize, manage, and run book drives in their communities. Multiple states and countries are operating the program, which has distributed more than 474,000 books worth over $2.3 million. She hopes to continue her efforts to help end illiteracy, one book at a time.

“We are proud to present the Youth Advocate Award to a very deserving advocate,” said Phyllis Kalifeh, Ed.D., President and CEO of the Children’s Forum. “Lauren’s leadership of continuously encouraging literacy and advocacy efforts will benefit children and families for generations to come.”

Congratulations Lauren!
