Devereux Florida, apart of The Devereux National Network, was established in 1987 by Governor Graham and inspired by the selfless duties of Helena T. Devereux. Devereux Florida is one of the oldest and largest nonprofit providers of behavioral healthcare in the country. Across the nation, Devereux Florida partners with schools, communities, and families in order to help and create a better life for those individuals in need. Devereux Florida works with people of all age groups (children, teens, and adults) dealing with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and mental health challenges, including psychiatric hospitals, and residential and day treatment programs, just to name a few. As you can see, Devereux Florida strives to provide the best of care for all types of mentally disabled individuals.
